Ville Sull'Arno Florence

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel situated right on the Arno river. Our room was elegant and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the river. The staff went above and beyond to create a great experience for us, and the breakfast buffet was top-notch, offering a variety of high-quality dishes. The WiFi was fast and reliable, and we even had the option to use a remote WiFi while exploring the city. we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The distance to the city center, which required a 30-40 minute walk or relying on the limited shuttle service.

The staff were fantastic - friendly, cute, and helpful. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, striking a perfect balance between modern and classic. The facilities were great, including an indoor pool and sauna/steam room that added a touch of luxury. I was really surprised by the breakfast spread, which turned out to be better value for money than most places I had visited in this city.

I had the best time at this hotel during my city trip! The staff was friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure I had a great stay. The rooms and facilities were well-maintained and clean, and the spa and pool were a perfect way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The location was also a plus, with a short walk or shuttle bus ride to the center of the city.

There were a couple of minor issues that I didn't like. the Caiphirina drinks made with white sugar weren't really drinkable.

The SPA was really nice and the location was not too far from the city center. The rooms were very nice and creatively furnished. The breakfast offered a range of delicious food options, particularly the roasted vegetables. I also appreciated the availability of wireless WiFi devices and bicycles for use. I highly recommend Ville Sull'Arno for a wonderful stay in Florence.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Arno river, making it a great base for exploring the city center along the river or visiting the Santa Maria Novella train station. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and beautiful views over the river. The breakfast spread is impressive, with fresh honey and a wide selection of croissants, breads, and meats. Guests also enjoy perks like a free shuttle service and WiFi dongle.

The elevator is quite small and may not comfortably accommodate guests with large or heavy luggage.

The breakfast was delicious, and the spa was a nice addition. Convenient shuttle service to city center, with free bikes available. The pool and staff were wonderful, making our stay relaxing.

I was blown away by the really good spa facilities at Ville Sull'Arno. The Turkish bath and sauna were great, and the small pool was perfect for a relaxing dip. The bed in my room was very comfortable, and the pillows were excellent. The bathroom was also spacious and well-maintained. the hotel was clean throughout my stay, and I was grateful for the parking availability. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing spa amenities and comfortable accommodations.

I must mention that some rooms at the hotel are not soundproof, which can be a bit disruptive for light sleepers. the breakfast menu was not as excellent as other hotels I had stayed at during my Italy trip.

During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we were impressed by the beautiful rooms and the fine view of the river from our balcony. The staff were helpful, making us feel valued from the moment we arrived. The location, although a bit of a walk from the city center, offered a picturesque route along the river. We also appreciated the availability of a shuttle bus and free bikes for exploring the area.

The luxurious amenities provided by this hotel were exemplary from the Spa and Wellness centre to the Indoor and Outdoor swimming pool. the massage and facial treatments were top-notch and the staff was courteous throughout my stay. the location was also a plus, being easily accessible and with picturesque garden areas for relaxation.

Not having a view from the room was a bit of a letdown but it did not deter my overall experience. the hotel's restaurant could have had more options on the menu but the ones that were present were delicious and well-presented.

Really good service, fine views, great vegetarian options, excellent cocktails, attentive staff.
